Valley Girls Property Professionals, LLC is a locally owned company and has 20+ years of real estate and property management experience.  We are a full service company providing every detail needed for a rental owner. 

* Each property has photos taken, a sign put in the yard and advertised for rent

* We show each potential tenant the property and answer any questions

* Each tenant 18 and older must complete a background check

* Each tenants employment will be verified and they are required to give copies of paycheck stubs

* Each tenants rental reference is verified

* We prepare and execute the lease getting copies of the tenants driver’s license at the time the lease is signed

* Tenants will make payments to VGPP and the security deposits will be held in a trust account with VGPP

* Any maintenance calls will be received by VGPP and a licensed & insured contractor will be sent to handle the issue (if the owner has their own maintenance provider then they are contacted).  If the cost is going to exceed $300 then the owner is always notified and gives approval before the work is completed.

* Invoices for the work will be sent to VGPP and will be paid from the owners account before owner draws are  dispersed each month.

* Owner draws go out each month on the 22nd and an emailed statement is sent at that time as well.

* Owners have an option to have a safety inspection completed every 6 months for a cost of $75.
